Reservations and sign ups
Reservations for the excursions are made in the firm’s office. Sign ups are made after documents and a deposit to the amount of 30% of the respective excursion’s /holiday’s trip/ cost have been brought in and a contract for an organized trip has been signed. The payment to the amount of 100% of the packet’s cost is made in up to 19 days before the planned date of the excursion; for airline programs in up to 26 days before the departure date. The payment can be made either in cash or through a bank.

Necessary documents

For countries within the European Union with which we are in a no-visa regime all you need is a valid identity card. For countries which are not within the European Union a valid passport and a medical insurance are needed. For children under 18 years which are traveling without their parents or with only one parent, a notarized parental permission for the child to leave the country is required.

Responsibilities

The agency carries the whole responsibility for the quality of the tourist’s services included in the program.
The agency carries no responsibility for changes in the excursion caused by major circumstances or which are through the airline’s fault.
The agency carries no responsibility in cases of: stolen, lost or forgotten property and documents owned by the tourists; when violating the laws of the respective country on behalf of the tourists independently whether they are familiar with them or not; incidents and caused damages on hotels.
The agency carries no responsibility when returning a tourist from the border authorities.
The tourist agency may cancel the trip if the minimal number of participants hasn’t been gathered, and so returning to the client all paid costs.

Annulments, changes, reservations

All cancels of trips are made personally, as they are presented in a written form in the office in which the tourist has been signed. The forfeits which are being retained, when canceling a trip on behalf of the tourist independently of the reasons, are as follows:

-    for bus programs:
from the day, following the day of the sign up, until the 61st day before the day of departure – 10% of the price of the excursion, from the 60th to the 42nd day before the day of departure – 35% of the price of the excursion, from the 41st to the 22nd day before the date of departure – 70% of the whole price of the excursion, from the 21st day to the day of departure – 100% of the whole cost of the excursion!

-    for flight programs:
from the day, following the day of the sign up until the 91st day before the day of departure – 10% of the price of the excursion; from the 90th day to the day of …… of the flight ticket – 35% of the price of the excursion; from the day of the… of the flight ticket to the 29th day before departure – 35% of the full cost of the excursion + the costs of the flight ticket and the airport taxes; from the 28th to the day of departure – 100% of the whole cost of the excursion + the costs of the flight ticket and the airport taxes!

When canceling the trip by declaring this with a contract in “the last moment” until 7 (seven) days before the departure date, a forfeit to the amount of the whole cost which has been paid is being kept.

The agency keeps the right to annul the trip of a separate tourist when incomplete, false and inaccurate documents have been given or when dead-lines in which they should be presented are not being kept. The tourist’s absence at the specified place of departure is counted as a refusal of the trip. The tourist’s default to the interview at the Consul’s department, when such is needed, is counted as a refusal of the trip. In these cases the pointed forfeits operate.

Prices

The prices are for packages, according to the offered programs. The prices for packages do not include the entrance taxes for museums, insurances, tickets for rows, subway tickets and other kinds of urban transport, pocket money etc. The prices of the bus excursions and those via air are in leva and are per person in a double room.
A 3% discount from the package price use clients which have already traveled with the tourist agency.
The excursions take place at a definite minimum of tourists which is pointed out for every program in concrete. The agency keeps its right to annul the date of the trip in cases when the set minimum of tourists has not been reached. In this case the agency restores all paid costs and doesn’t own any compensations for the annulment of the requested trip.
Discounts – Tourists use one of the listed discounts in the programs at their choice.
Children under 12 years – for every program a concrete discount for children which are under 12 years old (to the date of departure) is being offered
Pupils and university students – for every program a concrete discount for pupils and university students is being offered
Newly weds – for the programs Italian dream and Paris – the capital of the world, a special discount for newly weds is being offered
V.I.P. Family – Exclusive offer for families with children under 18 – 3 people – 3%, 4 people – 4% etc. for every family member!
For groups with over 12 tourists – 1 place for free!

Insurance

For every tourist an insurance “Medical expenses and accidents abroad” in the amount of 5000 euro for the bus programs and 10 000 euro for group and individual flight programs is being provided. The insurance is valid during the trip outside Bulgaria. The tourist agency has concluded an insurance agreement “Responsibility of the tourist agency” with the insurance company “Allianz – Bulgaria”.
